I know how that is about Sykes and calling in...back in '02, me and Union Man used to work in Operations till about 7 am. Well, it was our responsibility to answer the phones and on those days it snowed real bad, we were up to our neck in people calling in. There was a girl that worked with us that came in early that day to help out and that's all she did...."Well, I made it to work today, why can't you?" Me and Union were trying to bust those calls out and get as many on the absentee list as possible, but here she was acting like the site manager, questioning every person calling as to why they couldn't make it. Some people are just like that.....give them the slightest authority, and they become Little Hitlers!
